摘要
为了降低异步电机本体电磁噪声,文章分析了电机电磁噪声的产生机理,基于电机本体电磁噪声主要影响因素,提出了具体的理论降噪措施。试验结果表明,远槽配合增加电磁力波阶次及降低气隙磁通密度,在一定程度上可有效降低电机本体电磁噪声。
In order to reduce the electromagnetic noise of asynchronous motor body,this paper analyzes the generation mechanism of the motor electromagnetic noise,and puts forward the specific theoretical noise reduction measures based on the main influencing factors of the motor body electromagnetic noise.The test results show that increasing the electromagnetic force wave order through far slot combination and reducing the air gap magnetic flux density can effectively reduce the motor body electromagnetic noise to a certain extent.
