环氧改性丙烯酸树脂的合成及其与防腐防污涂层连接性能的研究

摘要 以甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油醚(GMA)、丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)和丙烯酸丁酯(BA)为原料,通过聚合反应合成了环氧改性丙烯酸树脂,并采用红外光谱(FTIR)、核磁共振氢谱(^(1)H-NMR)进行了表征。通过接触角、附着力等测试对环氧改性丙烯酸连接漆与防腐防污涂层连接性能进行了研究。结果表明,环氧改性丙烯酸树脂合成最佳反应温度为80℃,保温时间为7 h。自制的环氧改性丙烯酸连接漆与防腐防污涂层具有优异的附着力。 An arcylic resin modified by epoxy group was prepared by polymerization reaction via glycidyl methacrylate(GMA),methyl acrylate(MMA)and butyl acrylate(BA).Then the resin was characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR)and Proton magnetic resonance(^(1)H-NMR).The adhesive property of arcylic resin modified epoxy group with anticorrosive and antifouling coating were researched by contact angle tests and adhesion tests.The results showed that the optimal synthesis conditions are 80℃and 7 h of holding time,meanwhile,the adhesions between self-made acrylic tie-coatings modified by epoxy group and anticorrosive coating and antifouling coating are excellent.
