浅谈制冷涂料

摘要 随着人类工业和日常活动能源消耗的增加,全球气温上升和热岛现象日益明显,为人类生存环境降温已成为一个紧迫的挑战。涂料工作者同样也在不断努力,在开发了热反射涂料和隔热涂料的基础上,用特定原料制成制冷涂料。它利用与外太空的热交换原理,通过“大气窗口”进行热辐射产生更高的热反射率。在太阳照射的白天,它能使基面的温度低于周围的环境温度。介绍了制冷涂料的原理、原材料选择、色彩问题、温度响应和动态调节,以及面临的挑战,科学合理地推进制冷涂料的研究和发展,使它在建筑领域发挥作用。 With the increase of energy consumption of human industry and daily activities,the global temperature rise and heat island phenomenon are becoming increasingly obvious,and cooling the human living environment has become an urgent challenge.Paint workers are also constantly working hard,on the basis of the development of heat reflective coatings and thermal insulation coatings,the cooling paints is made of specific raw materials.By using the principle of heat exchange with outer space,the cooling paints can produce higher thermal reflectivity by heat radiation through the space window.When the sun is shining,it can make the temperature of the base surface be lower than that of the surroundings.The principle,selection of raw materials,color problems,temperature respouse,dynamic regulation and the challenges were introduced.The research and development of the cooling paints should be promoted scientifically and rationally,so that it can play a role in the field of construction.
