Study on Key Technology of Sewage Pipeline Repair Using Stainless Steel Lining Method

合流污水管道非开挖修复借助地面临排及管道内中导管临排,在保证污水管道正常运营的情况下进行施工作业,采用污水管道不锈钢内衬法修复工艺。污水管道不锈钢内衬法修复是采用奥氏体不锈钢内衬修复管道内壁,然后壁后注浆形成复合内衬的修复工艺,主要研究解决奥氏体不锈钢内衬安装、壁后注浆施工等关键技术。

The trenchless repair of combined sewage pipeline is carried out with surface drainage and temporary drainage from the middle pipe in the pipeline,the construction operation is carried out under the condition of ensuring the normal operation of the sewage pipeline,and the stainless steel lining method of the sewage pipeline is used for the repair process.Stainless steel lining method for sewage pipeline repair is a repair process that uses austenitic stainless steel lining to repair the inner wall of the pipeline,and then forms a composite lining by backfill grouting.The study mainly studies and solves the key technologies involved in the austenitic stainless steel lining installation and backfill grouting construction.
