群坑施工对地铁隧道收敛变形的分析研究

摘要 越来越多的公用建筑在规划选址的时候更是直接将轨交沿线作为重要的选址因素之一。然而因为轨道交通施工工艺的特点以及承载公共交通安全的重要地位,使得邻近地铁的新建工程有着较高的施工风险,特别是地下深基坑施工阶段,邻近既有地铁隧道的基坑,在开挖时因土体卸荷作用会引起地铁隧道的变形。以桃浦智创城606地块商办项目为背景,分析研究了群坑深基坑施工对地铁隧道收敛变形影响情况,可为类似工程优化设计和施工提供参考。 More and more public buildings are directly considering rail transit as one of the important factors in site selection during planning.However,due to the characteristics of rail transit construction technology and its crucial role in ensuring public transport safety,new projects adjacent to the subway has high construction risks,especially during the construction stage of deep underground foundation pits.The excavation foundation pit adjacent to existing subway tunnels can cause deformation of the subway tunnels due to soil unloading.Based on the commercial project in block 606 of Taopu Zhichuang City,the influence of deep foundation pit construction on convergence deformation of subway tunnels is analyzed and studied.The study can provide a reference for the optimization design and construction of similar projects.
