超高层建筑施工推拉滑移式防护屏蔽架技术研究

摘要 超高层建筑结构外轮廓复杂多变,施工脚手架体系在转角处封闭性差、整体性不足,且对不同结构形状的建筑适应性差。在原有爬架的基础上研发设计了一种推拉滑移式防护屏蔽架,即在原有架体上安装滑移模块,通过模块的滑移来实现架体的转角封闭,满足不规则建筑结构的收分变化。实践表明,该防护屏蔽架主体结构简单,安装方便,可提高施工效率,减少施工成本,并极大降低安全隐患。 The outline of super high-rise building structure is complex and varied,and the construction scaffold system has poor closure and integrity at the corner,which has poor adaptability to buildings with different structural shapes.On the basis of the original climbing frame,a push-pull sliding protective shielding frame is designed and developed,that is,the sliding module is installed on the original frame body,and the corner closure of the frame body is realized through the sliding of the module,so as to meet the changes of irregular building structure.The practice shows that the main structure of the protective shielding frame is simple and easy to install,which can improve the construction efficiency,reduce the construction cost and greatly reduce the potential safety hazards.
