摘要
为实现施工企业降本增效,通过对超高层住宅屋顶悬空大梁2种施工方案的对比、分析以及基于前期施工实践的总结,决定不用钢架梁方案,改而采用原设计施工的钢混凝土大梁方案,其支模体系采用花篮螺栓式悬挑架及大截面梁分层浇捣施工技术,既发挥了普通拉杆式悬挑架的便捷性,又能利用分层浇捣混凝土梁来降低支模架受力。该方案在超高层住宅及其他高层住宅施工中的屋顶悬空板梁成功应用,拥有显著的社会和经济效益。
To achieve cost reduction and efficiency improvement for construction enterprises,through the comparison and analysis of two construction schemes of suspended roof beams of super high-rise residential buildings and based on the summary of previous construction practices,it is decided to abandon the steel frame beam scheme.and instead adopt the original design of the steel-reinforced concrete beam method.The formwork system used in this scheme employs the commonly used basket bolt cantilever frame and the construction techniques of layered pouring and tamping of large cross-section beams.The convenience of the common pull rod type cantilever frame is brought into play,but also reduces the stress on the formwork support frame by layering the pouring and tamping of the concrete beam.This scheme has been successfully applied in the construction of roof suspended slab beams of super high-rise residential buildings and other high-rise residential buildings,which has significant social and economic benefits.
