TOE框架下的制造企业碳绩效前因组态研究

Research on the Configuration of Antecedents for Carbon Performance in Manufacturing Enterprises Based on the TOE Framework

以209家制造企业为样本,文中运用模糊集定性比较(fsQCA)方法,基于TOE框架从组态视角探讨了技术(绿色技术创新)、组织(董事会特征包括董事会规模、董事会独立性和董事会性别多元化)以及环境(环境规制和市场化程度)维度的6个前因条件与制造企业碳绩效之间的关系。研究表明:单个因素均不是构成制造企业高碳绩效的必要条件;产生制造企业高碳绩效的路径有3条,即全要素驱动型、组织+环境协同型、独立治理+市场支持型。研究结果丰富了制造企业碳绩效相关研究,可以为制造企业提高碳绩效提供启示。

Based on the TOE framework,with 209 manufacturing enterprises as samples,the paper adopts the fsQCA method to explore the relationship between six antecedents of technology(green technological innovation),organization(board characteristics including board size,board independence and board gender diversity),and environment(environmental regulation and marketization degree)dimensions and carbon performance of manufacturing enterprises from a configuration perspective.The research shows that firstly,any single factor is not a necessary condition of high carbon performance of manufacturing enterprises;secondly,there are three paths to generate high carbon performance of manufacturing enterprises,namely,comprehensive factor-driven,organizational+environmental synergistic,independent governance+market-supported.The results of this research enrich the related research of carbon performance of manufacturing enterprises,and provide insights for manufacturing enterprises to improve carbon performance.
