DC53钢连轧棒材退火工艺研究

摘要 为了满足DC53材料对加工硬度的特殊需求(硬度≤220 HB),对冷作模具钢DC53热轧材进行了不同退火工艺的试验。结果表明DC53的退火硬度与球化退火的工艺有很大关系,球化退火加热温度850℃、等温温度750℃为最佳退火工艺。在生产中应用该最佳退火工艺后,钢材的硬度均匀,平均硬度HB210左右,金相组织合格,满足用户标准要求。 In order to meet the special requirement of processing hardness for DC53 material(hardness≤220 HB),different annealing processes were tested on DC53 hot-rolled cold work die steel.The results indicate that the annealing hardness of DC53 is closely related to the process of spheroidization annealing.The optimal annealing process is the heat-ing temperature of 850℃and the isothermal temperature of 750℃for spheroidization annealing.After applying the op-timal annealing process in production,the hardness of the steel is uniform,with an average hardness of around HB210,and the metallographic structure is qualified,meeting the user's standard requirements.
