摘要
目视宏观检查壳体零件泄漏区域缺陷形态,金相、能谱微观对比分析零件本体与缺陷处材料的组织及主合金元素及含量认为:壳体零件泄漏部位贯穿壁厚的缺陷为电渣重熔过程产生的缩孔冶金铸造缺陷,在后续加工过程中未被完全去除,并在钢棒的热加工成型过程中成为裂纹源,贯通的裂纹缺陷与外部连通从而在气密试验时,导致壳体零件发生泄漏。
Visual macroscopic inspection of the defect morphology in the leakage area of the shell parts,metal-lographic and energy spectrum microscopic comparative analysis of the structure,main alloy elements,and their contents at the leakage area of the shell parts,it is believed that the defect that penetrates the wall thickness at the leakage area of the shell parts is a shrinkage metallurgical casting defect generated during the electroslag remelting process,which is not completely removed in the subsequent processing and becomes a crack source during the hot working forming process of the steel bar.The penetrating crack defect is connected to the outside,leading to leak-age of the shell parts during the airtightness test.
