摘要
通过ABAQUS对热工试验进行有限元模拟,分析了砌块内叶板厚度、保温芯材种类及保温芯材厚度等参数下的热工性能。结果表明:ABAQUS有限元软件具有较高的准确性,通过编写Python脚本及软件后处理得到结构的热阻值比传统理论方法更高效准确,墙体总厚度为200mm时,所有规格墙体热阻值均小于3.3(m^(2)·K)/W;墙体总厚度为240mm时,以EPS为保温芯材热阻值均小于3.3(m^(2)·K)/W,以XPS、SEPS和SXPS为保温芯材时均大于3.3(m^(2)·K)/W;墙体总厚度为260mm和300mm时,所有保温芯材的墙体热阻值均大于3.3(m^(2)·K)/W。
Based on the finite element simulation of the thermal experiment by ABAQUS,the thermal perfor⁃mance of the inner blade thickness,the type of insulating core material and the thickness of insulating core ma⁃terial are analyzed.The results show that:ABAQUS finite element software has high accuracy.The thermal re⁃sistance value obtained by writing Python script and software post-processing is more efficient and accurate than the traditional theoretical method.When the total thickness of the wall is 200mm,the thermal resistance value of all specifications of the wall is less than 3.3(m^(2)·K)/W,and the total thickness of the wall is 240mm,the thermal resistance value of the wall is less than 3.3(m^(2)·K)/W.When the thermal resistance of EPS insulating core material is less than 3.3(m^(2)·K)/W,and XPS,SEPS and SXPS insulating core are more than 3.3(m^(2)·K)/W,and the total wall thickness is 260mm and 300mm,The wall thermal resistance of all thermal insulating core materials is greater than 3.3(m^(2)·K)/W.
