山东省数字乡村标准体系建设与应用

Construction and Application of Digital Village Standards System in Shandong Province

数字乡村是乡村振兴的战略方向,标准化在推进数字乡村建设中发挥着引领性、支撑性作用,加强数字乡村标准化建设,对于全面支撑乡村生产方式、生活方式和治理方式数字化转型具有重要意义。本文通过分析山东省数字乡村标准化现状和存在的主要问题,构建具有山东特色的数字乡村标准体系,推动标准体系在首批国家数字乡村试点泰安市肥城市应用,为标准化建设引领数字乡村高质量发展、助力乡村全面振兴提供保障。

Digital village is a strategic direction for rural revitalization,and standardization plays a leading and supportive role in promoting the construction of digital villages.Strengthening the standardization construction of digital villages is of great significance for comprehensively supporting the digital transformation of rural production methods,lifestyles,and governance methods.This article analyzes the current situation and main problems of standardization in digital villages in Shandong province,constructs a digital village standards system with Shandong characteristics,promotes the application of the standards system in Feicheng city,Tai’an city,as one of the first batch of national digital village pilot projects,and provides guarantees for standardization construction to lead the high-quality development of digital villages and assist in the comprehensive rural revitalization.
