为了研究食品安全标准在检验检测机构的有效应用,本文对当前食品安全标准在检验检测机构的实际应用以及存在的问题进行了归纳总结,最后对食品安全标准如何有效应用提出若干建议,旨在为检验检测机构日常工作提供参考,更好发挥食品安全标准技术支撑作用,为社会和谐稳定保驾护航。

In order to study the effective application of food safety standards in inspection and testing institutions,this paper summarizes the practical application and existing problems of current food safety standards in inspection and testing institutions,and puts forward some suggestions on how to effectively apply food safety standards,aiming to provide reference for the daily work of inspection and testing institutions,better give play to the technical support role of food safety standards,and escort social harmony and stability.
