氟塑料电线电缆绝缘老化性能探讨

摘要 本文参照GB/T 2951.11—2008《电缆和光缆绝缘和护套材料通用试验方法第11部分:通用试验方法——厚度和外形尺寸测量——机械性能试验》中电线电缆绝缘机械性能测量方法,GB/T 2951.12—2008《电缆和光缆绝缘和护套材料通用试验方法第12部分:通用试验方法——热老化试验方法》中电线电缆老化试验方法,对氟塑料电线电缆绝缘老化性能进行了试验。通过对试验数据的分析,得出氟塑料绝缘耐老化规律。 In this paper,tests were conducted on the insulation aging performance of fluoroplastic wires and cables according to the test method for determining mechanical properties of insulation in GB/T 2951.11-2008,Common test methods for insulating and sheathing materials of electric and optical cables-Part 11:Methods for general application-Measurement of thickness and overall dimensions-Tests for determining the mechanical properties,and the test method for thermal aging in GB/T 2951.12-2008,Common test methods for insulating and sheathing materials of electric and optical cables-Part 12:Methods for general application-Thermal ageing methods.Based on the analysis of test data,the aging rule of fluoroplastic insulation was produced.
