标准化中医综合疗法在小儿功能性消化不良中的疗效研究

Study on the Curative Effect of Standardized Comprehensive Therapy of TCM in Children with Functional Dyspepsia

目的:探讨标准化中医综合疗法应用于小儿功能性消化不良中的临床疗效。方法:于2021年1月至2022年12月期间,选取128例小儿功能性消化不良患者为研究对象,随机均分为两组,其中对照组(n=64)采用西医治疗,观察组(n=64)采用标准化中医综合疗法治疗,对比治疗效果。结果:观察组较对照组临床治疗效果显著;治疗后症状积分降低;不良反应发生率降低;上述指标对比均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:标准化中医综合疗法治疗小儿功能性消化不良具有较优的临床效果,用药安全性高,值得推广应用。

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of standardized comprehensive therapy of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)in children with functional dyspepsia.Methods:From January 2021 to December 2022,128 children with functional dyspepsia were selected as research objects and randomly divided into two groups.The control group(n=64)was treated with Western medicine,and the observation group(n=64)was treated with standardized comprehensive therapy of TCM.The therapeutic effect was compared.Results:The clinical effect in the observation group was more significant than that in the control group.Symptom score decreased after treatment,and the incidence of adverse reactions decreased.The above indexes were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The standardized comprehensive therapy of TCM has better clinical effect and high drug safety in the treatment of children with functional dyspepsia,which is worthy of popularization and application.
