急诊危重症病人标准化急救护理效果研究

Study on the Effect of Standardized Emergency Nursing for Critical Patients in Emergency Department

目的:分析标准化急救护理实施于急诊危重症病人抢救中的效果。方法:选择陆军第八十集团军医院在2023年2月至8月期间急诊收治的80例患者作为研究对象,并将他们分为对照组与观察组。同时,针对两组采取不同的护理措施。通过了解两组患者抢救方面的数据,研究这两种护理模式的应用价值。结果:观察组的抢救成功率高于对照组,死亡率低于对照组,P<0.05;观察组抢救时间、心脏复苏时间及住院时间均短于对照组,P<0.05。结论:标准化急救护理可有效提高急诊危重症病人抢救效果,缩短康复时间。

Objective:To analyze the effect of standardized emergency nursing in emergency rescue of critically ill patients.Methods:A total of 80 patients treated in the Emergency Department of the 80th Group Military Hospital from February 2023 to August 2023 were selected as the study objects and divided into the control group and the observation group.At the same time,different nursing measures were taken in the two groups.By understanding the rescue data of the two groups of patients,the application value of these two nursing models was studied.Results:The rescue success rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the mortality rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,P<0.05;The rescue time,cardiac resuscitation time and hospitalization time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:Standardized emergency nursing can effectively improve the rescue effect of critical patients in emergency department and shorten the recovery time.
