GE Optima 128层CT超低剂量胸部扫描及ASIR重建技术在青少年胸部疾病诊断中的应用

摘要 目的探究GE Optima 128层CT超低剂量扫描配合ASIR重建技术,在青少年胸部疾病诊断中的应用价值。方法选取2021年2月至2022年9月在我院呼吸科、急诊科就诊进行胸部CT检查的青少年110人,年龄范围12-18岁,其中男性72人,女性38人。按照性别匹配分为两组,每组性别比例相等(男36人,女19人),A组采用超低剂量胸部扫描,使用ASIR算法重建技术,B组采用常规剂量扫描,使用常规滤波反投影算法重建。对两组患者图像质量进行双盲法主观评价(4分制)并在相同层面肺窗下测量噪声值(SD),计算对比信噪比(CNR)及信噪比(SNR),最后记录两组患者辐射剂量。结果A、B两组图像质量在主观评分中无显著差异(P<0.05);在客观评价中,SD值、CNR值及SNR值均没有统计学差异(P>0.05);A组辐射剂量显著低于B组(P<0.05)。结论GE Optima 128层CT配合ASIR重建技术,在青少年胸部CT扫描应用中可以保证图像质量,大幅度减低辐射剂量,有重要的临床应用价值。 Objective To investigate the application value of GE Optima 128-slice CT ultra-low dose scanning combined with ASIR reconstruction in the diagnosis of juvenile chest diseases.Methods A total of 110 adolescents,aged 12-18 years old,were selected for chest CT examination in the respiratory department and emergency department of our hospital from February 2021 to September 2022,including 72 males and 38 females.They were divided into two groups according to gender matching,and each group had the same sex ratio(36 males and 19 females).Group A was reconstructed using ASIR algorithm by ultra-low dose chest scanning,while group B was reconstructed using conventional dose scanning and conventional filter back projection algorithm.The image quality of patients in the two groups was evaluated subjectively by double-blind method(4-point scale),noise value(SD)was measured under the lung window on the same plane,CNR and SNR were calculated,and radiation dose of patients in the two groups was recorded.Results There was no significant difference between group A and group B in the subjective score of image quality(P<0.05).In the objective evaluation,there were no significant differences in SD,CNR and SNR values(P>0.05).The radiation dose of group A was significantly lower than that of group B(P<0.05).Conclusion GE Optima 128-slice CT combined with ASIR reconstruction technology can guarantee the image quality and greatly reduce the radiation dose in the application of juvenile chest CT scanning,which has important clinical application value.
