主客身份视角下文化遗产地亲环境行为影响机理研究

Examining the Mechanisms Underpinning Pro-environmental Behavior in Cultural Heritage Sites:An Analysis from the Host-Guest Identity Lens

摘要 探究游客亲环境行为的形成机理对旅游地可持续发展具有重要意义。研究选取历史文化名城安阳作为案例地,基于地方依恋理论,构建了地方满意度、地方依恋、亲环境行为、游客身份之间关系的概念模型。研究发现:地方满意度正向影响游客地方依恋;游客地方依恋正向促进游客实施亲环境行为;从地方满意度到亲环境行为,需要依靠地方依恋的中介效应实现;身份对于游客的地方依恋形成存在显著影响,相较于外地游客,本地游客对地方依恋的形成有显著的正向影响。本研究构建了有别于自然遗产地的文化遗产地亲环境影响机制模型,并纳入主客身份的影响进行探讨。建议目的地管理者在管理过程中应该全面提升游客地方满意度,关注游客地方认同维度的培养,针对不同身份的游客采取针对性的宣传策略,提升游客的亲环境行为,促进文化遗产地的可持续发展。 Investigating the underlying mechanism that shapes tourists'eco-conscious actions holds pivotal implications for the enduring viability of travel destinations.In the present research,Anyang,a city with historical and cultural fame,was chosen for case analysis.Drawing upon the theoretical framework of place attachment,a conceptual model delineating the interconnections among place satisfaction,place attachment,eco-conscious actions,and tourist identity was devised.Key findings of this investigation include:(1)A positive correlation between place satisfaction and tourist place attachment;(2)An affirmative influence of tourists'place attachment on their adoption of eco-conscious actions;(3)The pivotal role of place attachment as a mediator bridging place satisfaction to eco-conscious behaviors;(4)A noteworthy impact of identity in shaping tourists'place attachment,with local tourists exhibiting a more pronounced inclination towards place attachment than their guest counterparts.This paper unique contribution lies in its development of an eco-conscious influence mechanism tailored to cultural heritage sites,diverging from models suited to natural heritage settings,whilst also probing the dynamic interplay between host and guest identity.Recommendations are made for cultural heritage sites to holistically enhance tourist place satisfaction within managerial strategies,nurture dimensions of tourist place identity,and employ nuanced marketing techniques tailored to diverse tourist identities.This article aims to bolster eco-conscious actions amongst visitors and foster the prolonged sustainability of cultural heritage destinations.
