纯水冷却装置的设计思路及技术实现

摘要 本文基于一款纯水冷却装置,介绍了各主要器件的设计选型、结构设计及控制方式。旨在提供一种全面的纯水冷却装置的设计思路及技术实现,可以为相关工程人员提供设计参考。纯水冷却装置主要由水泵、板换、电动三通阀、管路、控制等部分组成。控制部分主要由温度变送器、液位开关、流量开关、PLC及触摸屏等器件组成。为了保证系统的可靠稳定运行,纯水冷却装置的试验也极其重要,特别是关于气密性的测试。本文中也阐明了试验内容。 Based on a pure water-cooling device,this paper introduces the design,selection,structure design and control mode of the main components.This paper aims to provide a comprehensive design idea and technical realization of pure water-cooling device,which can provide design reference for related engineering personnel.Pure water-cooling device is mainly composed of water pump,plate change,electric three-way valve,pipeline,control and other parts.The control part is mainly composed of temperature transmitter,liquid level switch,flow switch,PLC and touch screen.In order to ensure the reliable and stable operation of the system,the test of the pure water-cooling device is also extremely important,especially the test of air tightness.The content of the experiment is also described in this paper.
