慢性心力衰竭患者自护行为水平及其相关影响因素分析

Analysis of Self-care Behavior and Its Related Influencing Factors in Patients with Chronic Heart Failure

目的探究慢性心力衰竭(CHF)患者自护行为水平及其相关影响因素。方法选取2021年8月至2022年10月我院收治的80例CHF患者,采用心力衰竭自我护理指数量表(SCHFI)评估患者的自护行为,并收集相关资料,比较不同特征患者的自护行为水平,分析CHF患者自护行为水平及其影响因素。结果80例CHF患者SCHFI评分为(42.68±4.28)分,自护行为水平较差。不同年龄、受教育程度、病程、住院次数、自我效能的CHF患者SCHFI评分比较(P<0.05);不同性别、医疗费用支付方式、居住地的CHF患者SCHFI评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。经线性回归分析显示,病程>2年、年龄≥60岁、住院次数≥3次、高中及以下、自我效能低下是CHF患者自护行为水平较差的危险因素(P<0.05)。结论CHF患者自护行为水平较差,这主要受患者年龄≥60岁、病程>2年、住院次数≥3次、受教育程度较低、自我效能低下等因素影响。

Objective To explore the level of self-care behavior and its related influencing factors in patients with chronic heart failure(CHF).Methods 80 patients with CHF admitted to our hospital from August 2021 to October 2022 were selected.The self-care behavior level of patients with CHF in the past month was evaluated by the Heart Failure Self-Care Index(SCHFI),and relevant data were collected.The self-care behavior level of patients with different characteristics was compared,and the self-care behavior level of patients with CHF and its influencing factors were analyzed.Results The SCHFI score of 80 patients with CHF was(42.68±4.28),and the level of self-care behavior was poor.Comparison of SCHFI scores of CHF patients with different age,course of disease,times of hospitalization,education level and self-efficacy(P<0.05);There was no statistically significant difference in the SCHFI scores of CHF patients with different gender,medical expense payment method and residence(P>0.05).Linear regression analysis showed that age≥60 years old,course of disease>2 years,times of hospitalization≥3 times,high school and below,and low self-efficacy were risk factors for poor self-care behavior of CHF patients(P<0.05).Conclusion The level of self-care behavior of CHF patients is poor,which is mainly affected by the age of patients≥60 years old,the course of disease>2 years,the number of hospitalization≥3 times,the low level of education,low self-efficacy and other factors.
