阴道镜结合LEEP术治疗宫颈上皮内瘤样病变的临床研究

Clinical Study of Colposcope Combined with LEEP in the Treatment of Cervical Intraepithelial Neoplasia

目的探讨阴道镜结合宫颈环形电切术(LEEP术)治疗宫颈上皮内瘤样病变的临床效果。方法选择我院2020年4月至2021年10月收治的宫颈上皮内瘤样病变(CIN)患者80例作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为观察组(40例)和对照组(40例),对照组行宫颈激光烧灼术治疗,观察组行阴道镜结合宫颈环形电切术治疗,比较两组治疗效果,比较两组手术指标,比较两组宫颈塑形满意率及并发症情况,术后随访1年,比较两组术后1年内复发情况。结果与对照组比较,观察组总有效率及塑形满意度更高,手术时间、术中出血量、术后阴道出血时间及术后住院时间更低(P<0.05)。两组并发症发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论阴道镜联合LEEP治疗CIN可提高治疗效果,改善患者手术指标,提高宫颈塑形满意度,安全可靠,可降低患者复发率。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of colposcopy combined with LEE P in the treatment of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia.Methods A total of 80 patients with cervical intraepithelial neoplasia(CIN)admitted to our hospital from April 2020 to October 2021 were selected as research objects and divided into observation group(40 cases)and control group(40 cases)by random number table method.The control group was treated with cervical laser cautery,while the observation group was treated with colposcope combined with cervical ring electrotomy.The therapeutic effects,surgical indexes,cervical shaping satisfaction rate and complications of the two groups were compared.The two groups were followed up for 1 year after surgery.Results Compared with the control group,the total effective rate and the satisfaction of shaping were higher in the observation group,and the operation time,intraoperative blood loss,postoperative vaginal bleeding time and postoperative hospital stay were lower in the observation group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of complications between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Colposcope combined with LEE P in the treatment of CIN can improve the therapeutic effect,improve the surgical indicators of patients,improve the satisfaction of cervical shaping,safe and reliable,can reduce the recurrence rate of patients.
