浅表超声和腹部超声联合检查在小儿肠套叠中的临床应用价值

Clinical Value of Combined Examination of Superficial Ultrasound and Abdominal Ultrasound in Intussusception in Children

目的探讨浅表超声和腹部超声联合检查在小儿肠套叠中的临床应用价值。方法选取2019年11月至2022年11月在本院确诊的小儿肠套叠患儿82例,均进行浅表超声、腹部超声检查,以手术病理结果作为金标准,统计浅表超声、腹部超声、浅表超声联合腹部超声三种检查方法检出率、符合率、检查时间、检查费用。结果浅表超声联合腹部超声检出率较单一检查检出率明显更高,均存在统计学意义(P<0.05);浅表超声联合腹部超声总符合率较单一检查总符合率明显更高,均存在统计学意义(P<0.05);浅表超声联合腹部超声检查时间较单一方法检查时间明显更长,浅表超声联合腹部超声检查费用较单一方法检查费用明显更高,均存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论浅表超声和腹部超声联合检查较单一方法用于小儿肠套叠,有利于提高检查检出率和符合率,但是明显延长检查时间,增加检查费用,临床还需依据患儿病情、实际情况选取更优的检查方法。

Objective To investigate the clinical application value of combined examination of superficial ultrasound and abdominal ultrasound in children's intussusception.Methods A total of 82 cases of children with intussusception diagnosed in our hospital from November 2019 to November 2022 were selected for superficial ultrasound and abdominal ultrasound examination.The detection rate,conformity rate,examination time and examination cost of three examination methods of superficial ultrasound,abdominal ultrasound,and combined abdominal ultrasound were analyzed using surgical pathological results as the gold standard.Results The detection rate of superficial ultrasound combined with abdominal ultrasound was significantly higher than that of single examination,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The total coincidence rate of superficial ultrasound combined with abdominal ultrasound was significantly higher than that of single examination(P<0.05).The examination time of superficial ultrasound combined with abdominal ultrasound was significantly longer than that of single method,and the examination cost of superficial ultrasound combined with abdominal ultrasound was significantly higher than that of single method,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with a single method,the combined examination of superficial ultrasound and abdominal ultrasound in children with intussusception is beneficial to improve the detection rate and conformity rate,but it significantly prolongates the examination time and increases the examination cost.It is still necessary to choose a better examination method according to the condition and actual situation of children.
