摘要
为增强香港青少年的国家认同感,保障国民教育的连续性,香港特区政府于2022年10月明确提出,重新冠名“公民、经济与社会”以代替“生活与社会”课程,并颁布了新的课程指引。课程指引更新的依据是落实“爱国者治港”的根本要求、完善德育类课程体系建设的实然要求和全面推进爱国主义教育进课程教材的现实诉求。比较香港地区初中“生活与社会科”与“公民、经济与社会科”的课程指引,发现在课程宗旨、学习目标和课程内容方面,新版课程指引发生了显著变化。面对修订后的课程指引,在推动课程的全面实施中要以服务课程修订为目标,培养爱国爱港教师队伍;以遵循课程指引为原则,推动爱国主义教育进课程教材;以课程实施为契机,构建更为系统的德育课程体系。
In order to enhance the national identity of young people in Hong Kong and ensure the continuity of national education,the Hong Kong SAR Government proposed in October 2022 that Citizenship.Eoonomics and Society would replace Life and Society,and issued new curriculum guide.The basis of updating the guide is to implement the fundamental requirement of"Pstriot Governing Hong Kong".the actual requirement of improving the construction of moral education curriculum system andthe realistic demand of comprehensively promoting patriotism education into curriculum and textbook.Comparing the curriculum guideline of Life and Society and Citizenship,Economics and Society in Hong Kong middle schools,it is found that the new curriculum guideline has changed obviously in terms of curriculum principle,learming objective and curriculum content.Facing the new guideline,we should take serving the revision as the goal in promoting the full implementation of the curriculum and cultivate patriotic teachers.promote patriotism education into curriculum and textbook with the principle of follbwing the guideline,and build a more systematic moral education curriculum system with the implementation as opportunity.
