地铁媒介空间传播效果的影响因素与对策研究

摘要 地铁作为21世纪最重要的公共交通工具,在形塑城市交通网络的同时,也形成了覆盖城市的媒介生态系统。地铁媒介具有强迫性、视觉偏向和沉浸体验等特征,其传播效果受到“信息位置的可见度”“信息传达的准确度”“信息暴露频率”“受众接收信息的意愿”“受众对信息的喜爱度”以及“受众的需求”等因素的影响。为了进一步提升地铁媒介的传播效果,形成良好的传播环境,应该合理利用、整合、创新地铁媒介形式,不断增强传播内容的艺术性,使受众进入沉浸体验,同时利用大数据分析乘客的潜在需求,做到精准定位、定向投放。
