摘要
随着我国新型能源体系的建设,城市供热集中系统正向互联互通、多能互补和动态供需平衡的方向发展,供热企业运营管理的复杂性日益提升,需要借助数字化手段提升运营管理能力。以往,供热企业的运营管理体系主要是组织和人的计划、执行、考核体系,存在管理难度大、信息不对称、协同效率低等问题。本文结合智慧供热系统建设,采用数字孪生模型建立了贯穿供热生产全过程的热量数字化预算、计划、执行、考核管理体系,在空间维度和时间维度划小管理的颗粒度,通过对供热生产全环节进行定量预测和评价,运用数据要素增强了生产运营管理的预见性和科学化程度,实现供热耗热量预算计划与生产执行的闭环管理。2023-2024年采暖季的实际应用表明,济南能源集团应用集中供热热量数字化预算核算管理体系后,采暖度日数热单耗下降了5.8%。
As the scale of urban heating expands,the complexity of operating and controlling heating systems continues to increase.Conventional management systems of large heating enterprises face problems such as slow information transmission and low collaboration efficiency,leading to lag in the control of the heating network.This paper adopts a mechanism data fusion algorithm combined with management experience to establish a thermal power station heat budget management system that spans the entire heating production process.By quantitatively evaluating the entire heating production chain,it achieves closed-loop management of heating budgeting and usage.During the 2023-2024 heating season,Jinan Energy Group applied the urban centralized heating heat budget management system,achieving a reduction in heating degree day energy consumption of 5.8%.
