曲靖市建设云南先进制造业中心实践路径研究

产业发展是省域副中心城市建设的基础支撑。云南省委、省政府支持曲靖市建设云南副中心城市,将“高水平建设云南先进制造业中心”作为云南副中心城市建设的重点工作任务之一。曲靖已基本形成以绿色制造为引领、优质企业为支撑、新兴产业为特色的现代制造业产业体系。但对标建设目标和重点任务,仍有不小差距。建议以制造业转型升级作为突破口和核心引擎,加快传统产业“脱胎换骨”、新兴产业“强筋壮骨”、未来产业“抢滩布点”,加快推进绿色能源与绿色先进制造业深度融合。

Industrial development is the fundamental support for the construction of provincial sub-central cities.Yunnan Provincial Party Committee and Government supports Qujing City in building a sub-central city,and making“high-level construction of an advanced manufacturing center”one of the key tasks of the construction of a sub-central city in Yunnan.Qujing has basically formed a modern manufacturing industry system led by green manufacturing,supported by high-quality enterprises,and characterized by emerging industries.However,there is still a significant gap between the benchmark construction goals and key tasks.Using the transformation and upgrading of the manufacturing industry as a breakthrough and core engine is to accelerate the transformation of traditional industries,the strengthening of emerging industries,and the deployment of future industries,and the deep integration of green energy and green advanced manufacturing.
