摘要
对于危重症患者而言,机械通气是最为普遍的生命支持方式之一,因为它能够显著改善患者的氧合状态,纠正二氧化碳潴留,从而为治疗原发病和提供生命支持提供了可靠的时间保障。机械通气分为有创机械通气与无创机械通气两种形式。随着对电生理和电机械活动的深入研究,以探测膈肌电活动为基点的通气模式——神经调节辅助通气应运而生,本文旨在探讨其在重症患者中的应用。
For critically ill patients,mechanical ventilation is one of the most common ways of life support,because it can significantly improve the oxygenation state of patients and correct carbon dioxide retention,thus providing a reliable time guarantee for the treatment of primary diseases and the provision of life support.Mechanical ventilation is divided into two forms:invasive mechanical ventilation and non-invasive mechanical ventilation.With the in-depth study of electrophysiological and electromechanical activities,neurally adjusted ventilatory assist,a ventilation mode based on the detection of diaphragm electrical activity,came into being.The purpose of this paper is to explore its application in critically ill patients.
