摘要
乳腺癌作为全球女性最常见的恶性肿瘤之一,其发病率及病死率不断攀升,已成为严重威胁女性健康的主要疾病。随着分子生物学和基因组学的飞速发展,越来越多的基因被发现与乳腺癌的发生、发展密切相关。ETS转录因子(SPDEF)基因作为一种ETS家族的转录因子,在多种生物学过程中发挥重要作用,包括细胞分化、增殖、凋亡以及肿瘤发生等。近年来,SPDEF在乳腺癌中的研究进展逐渐受到关注。本文旨在综述SPDEF基因在乳腺癌表达的相关研究,探讨其潜在的作为治疗靶点的可能性。
Breast cancer is a prevalent malignant tumor among women globally,with increasing incidence and mortality rates,posing a significant threat to women's health.Advancements in molecular biology and genomics have led to the discovery of numerous genes closely linked to the onset and progression of breast cancer.The SAM pointed domain-containing ETS transcription factor(SPDEF)gene,a member of the ETS family of transcription factors,plays an important role in various biological processes,including cell differentiation,proliferation,apoptosis,and tumorigenesis.In recent years,research progress on SPDEF in breast cancer has gradually attracted attention.This article aims to provide an overview of the research advancements on the SPDEF gene in breast cancer and investigate its potential as a therapeutic target.
