摘要 随着畜禽生产规模化不断发展,动物疾病的发生也愈发频繁,但长期用药则会增强耐药性,降低动物机体免疫力,增加药物残留。因此,寻找代替抗生素的产品成为亟待解决的问题。益生菌作为一种无毒、无害、无残留、耐药的绿色食品添加剂,已成为抗生素替代品的热门研究方向。干酪乳杆菌是一种常见的益生菌,能够对宿主身体产生多种有益作用,广泛应用于畜牧生产中。文章主要综述了干酪乳杆菌的分类、功能特点及其在畜牧生产中的应用现状,以期为干酪乳杆菌在畜牧生产中广泛应用以及后续研究提供参考。 With the continuous development of large-scale livestock and poultry production,the occurrence of animal diseases has become more frequent.However,prolonged antibiotic will enhance drug resistance,reduce animal immunity and increase drug residues Therefore,finding alternatives to antibiotics has become an urgent issue.Probiotics,as non-toxic,harmless,residue-free,and antibiotic-resistant green food additives,have become a hot research focus as alternatives to antibiotics.Lactobacillus casei,a common probiotic,can exert various beneficial effects on the host's body and is widely used in livestock production.The article reviews the classification,functional characteristics of Lactobacillus casei,and its current applications in livestock production,aiming to provide a reference for the widespread use of Lactobacillus casei in livestock production and future research.
