探讨经阴道超声联合经腹部超声对子宫畸形的诊断价值

Diagnostic Value Exploration of Transvaginal Ultrasound Combined with Transabdominal Ultrasound For Uterine Malformations

目的 探讨经阴道超声联合经腹部超声对子宫畸形的诊断价值。方法 选取2021年4月—2023年4月在本中心行腹腔镜联合宫腔镜检查确诊的子宫畸形患者27例为研究对象。所有患者均接受经腹部超声、经阴道超声检查。评价单独应用经腹部超声和经阴道超声与经腹部超声联合检查的诊断准确性差异。结果 联合检查检出纵隔子宫7例、单角子宫5例、双角子宫10例、残角子宫3例、弓形子宫2例,共检出26例,诊断符合率为96.29%;经腹部超声检出以上各类子宫畸形分别为为6例、4例、8例、2例、1例,,共检出21例,诊断符合率为77.78%。联合检查的符合率更高,统计学意义存在(P<0.05)。结论 经阴道超声联合经腹部超声的应用,利于提高子宫畸形的诊断准确性,能够为临床治疗方案的制定提供丰富的信息,从而改善患者的预后。

Objective To explore diagnostic value of transvaginal ultrasound combined with transabdominal ultrasound for uterine malformations.Methods The paper chose 27 patients diagnosed with uterine malformations through laparoscopy combined with hysteroscopy from April 2021 to April 2023,and examined them with transabdominal and transvaginal ultrasound.Difference in diagnostic accuracy between transabdominal ultrasound only and combination of transvaginal ultrasound and transabdominal ultrasound was evaluated.Results Combined examination showed 7cases had mediastinal uterus,5 cases had unicorn uterus,10 cases had bicornuate uterus,3 cases had residual horn uterus,and 2 cases had arched uterus,26 cases were detected with diagnostic accuracy rate of 96.29%.Proportion of various uterine malformations detected by abdominal ultrasound was 6:4:8:2:1,21 cases were detected with diagnostic accuracy rate of 77.78%.Consistency rate of combined examination was higher,with statistical significance,P< 0.05.Conclusion Transvaginal ultrasound combined with transabdominal ultrasound can improve diagnostic accuracy of uterine malformations,provide rich information for formulation of clinical treatment plans,and improve prognosis of patients.
