延续性护理对慢阻肺患者戒烟情况及肺功能的影响分析

Effect Analysis of Continuous Nursing on Smoking Cessation and Lung Function of Patients With Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease

目的 观察延续性护理在临床上慢阻肺患者治疗期间干预后的效果。方法 选取本院2021年1月-2022年1月治疗的慢阻肺患者60例为研究对象,入组后以随机数字表法将患者分为试验组(30例)、对照组(30例)。试验组采取延续性护理模式,对照组采用常规护理。比对两组患者之间的护理满意度、肺功能指标水平、戒烟成功率。结果 护理服务开展后,试验组干预对象护理满意度,比对照组更高(P<0.05);试验组干预对象肺功能指标水平,比对照组更高(P<0.05);试验组干预对象戒烟成功概率,比对照组更高(P<0.05)。结论 延续性护理模式投入临床接受诊治的慢阻肺患者护理中,所得干预的评估结果更好。在实施护理之后,患者对护理服务更加满意,且患者的肺功能得到较好的改善,戒烟成功率有所提升,值得被临床应用推广。

Objective To observe effect of continuous nursing during treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD) in clinical practice.Methods The paper chose 60 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD) in our hospital from January 2021 to January 2022 as study subjects,and divided them into experimental group of 30 cases and control group of 30 cases with random number table method.Experimental group was treated with continuous nursing model,while control group with routine nursing.Nursing satisfaction degree,lung function index levels,and smoking cessation success probability of experimental patients were compared.Results After nursing services,research values of nursing satisfaction degree and evaluation results of intervention subjects in experimental group were higher than control group(P<0.05).Levels of lung function indicators in intervention group were higher than control group(P<0.05).Probability of successful smoking cessation in experimental group was higher than control group based on research values and evaluation results of intervention subjects,(P<0.05).Conclusion Continuous nursing model can achieve better evaluation effect in clinical diagnosis and treatment of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.After nursing,patients are more satisfied with nursing services,with significantly better lung function and higher probability of successful smoking cessation,which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
