多巴胺联合酚妥拉明治疗急诊重症心力衰竭的效果研究

Effect Study on Dopamine Combined with Phentolamine in Treatment of Severe Heart Failure in Emergency Department

目的 探讨多巴胺联合酚妥拉明在急诊重症肺炎并发心力衰竭治疗中的临床效果。方法 以本院在2019年6月—2023年6月随机抽取的80例急症重症肺炎并发心力衰竭患者为研究对象,将其分为对照组与实验组,每组40例,对照组给予多巴胺治疗,实验组给予多巴胺联合酚妥拉明治疗,观察两组疗效。结果 治疗前两组患者呼吸频率、心率及血氧饱和度指标均值相比无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后两组各项指标均有所改善,实验组却优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前两组患者的PF、BP、VT、MH评分相比无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后两组各项指标均有所改善,实验组优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后实验组总疗效有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 多巴胺联合酚妥拉明治疗急诊重症肺炎并发心力衰竭药效显著,比单一用药更令人满意,可作为首选治疗办法进行推荐。

Objective To explore clinical effect of dopamine combined with phentolamine in treatment of emergency severe pneumonia complicated with heart failure.Methods The paper chose 80 acute severe pneumonia patients complicated with heart failure in our hospital from June 2019 to June 2023 as research subjects,and divided them into control group and experimental group randomly,with 40 cases in each group.Control group was treated with dopamine treatment,while experimental group with dopamine combined with phentolamine treatment.Curative effect between two groups was observed.Results Comparison of mean respiratory rate,heart rate,and blood oxygen saturation indicators between two groups before treatment showed(P>0.05).After treatment,all indicators in both groups improved,those of experimental group were better than control group(P<0.05).Comparison of PF,BP,VT,and MH scores between two groups before treatment showed(P>0.05).After treatment,all indicators in both groups improved,those fo experimental group were better than control group(P<0.05).Total effective rate after treatment in control group was 80.00%,that in experimental group was 95.00%,comparison showed(P< 0.05).Conclusion Combination of dopamine and phentolamine can achieve significant curative effect on emergency severe pneumonia complicated with heart failure,which is more satisfactory than single drug therapy,and can be recommended as the preferred treatment method.
