盐酸米诺环素软膏联合甲硝唑口腔粘贴片疗法效果临床研究

Clinical Curative Effect Study of Minocycline Hydrochloride Ointment Combined with Metronidazole Oral Adhesive Tablets

目的 探讨盐酸米诺环素软膏联合甲硝唑口腔粘贴片治疗牙周炎的临床疗效。方法 选择2021年1月—2022年1月本院收治的100例牙周炎患者为研究对象,将其按随机数表法分为观察组和对照组,每组50例。其中,对照组单纯使用盐酸米诺环素软膏治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上加用甲硝唑口腔粘贴片治疗,对比两组临床疗效、牙龈指数、牙周袋深度、龈沟出血指数、菌斑指数,以及炎症因子和不良反应。结果 (1)观察组治疗总有效率优于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);(2)两组口腔指标均明显改善,且观察组以上指标显著优于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);(3)治疗后,两组肿瘤坏死因子-α等炎症因子均较治疗前明显改善,且观察组以上指标显著优于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);(4)治疗期间,两组均未出现严重不良反应。结论 在牙周炎的治疗中,使用盐酸米诺环素软膏联合甲硝唑口腔粘贴片的效果理想,可有效改善患者牙周环境,安全可靠。

Objective To explore clinical effect of minocycline hydrochloride ointment combined with metronidazole oral paste in treatment of periodontitis.Methods The paper chose 100 patients with periodontitis admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to January 2022,and divided them into observation group and control group randomly.Control group was treated with minocycline hydrochloride ointment alone,while observation group with metronidazole oral adhesive tablets in addition to control group.Clinical effect,gingival index,periodontal pocket depth,gingival sulcus bleeding index,plaque index,and inflammatory factors and adverse reactions were compared between two groups.Results(1) Total effective rate of observation group was 98.00%,that of control group was 82.00%,P< 0.05.(2) Oral indicators of two groups had significant improvement,above indicators in observation group were significantly better than control group,P<0.05.(3) After treatment,inflammatory factors including tumor necrosis – α of two groups were significantly higher than before treatment,above indicators in observation group were significantly better than control group,P<0.05.(4) During treatment period,neither group experienced serious adverse reactions.Conclusion Minocycline hydrochloride ointment combined with metronidazole oral adhesive tablets can achieve ideal effect,improve periodontal environment of periodontitis patients effectively,which is safe and reliable.
