摘要
目的 探讨健康教育协同循证护理应用于小儿手足口病感染防控护理中的作用。方法 抽取2021年5月—2023年5月本院收治的80例小儿手足口病感染者进行研究,将其随机分为常规组与实验组,每组40例。其中,常规组只接受常规的护理干预,实验组则接受健康教育协同循证护理,观察对比两组护理效果。结果实验组患儿退热时间、皮疹消退时间、口腔疱疹消退时间以及住院时间均比常规组短,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组患儿家属对小儿手足口病健康知识的有效掌握率高于常规组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组患儿家属对护理总满意度高于常规组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 对小儿手足口病感染者通过健康教育与循证护理的协同应用能够加速患儿康复,提高健康知识掌握程度,值得推荐。
Objective To explore effect of health education collaborated with evidence-based nursing in prevention and control of hand,foot,and mouth disease infections of children.Methods The paper chose 80 cases of pediatric hand,foot,and mouth disease infections from May 2021 to May 2023,and divided them into routine group and experimental group randomly,40 cases in each group.Routine group was treated with routine nursing intervention only,while experimental group with collaborated evidence-based health education.Nursing effect between two groups was observed and was compared.Results Experimental group had shorter fever relief time,rash resolution time,oral herpes resolution time,and length of stay than control group,P<0.05.Effective mastery rate of hand,foot,and mouth disease health knowledge of family members in experimental group was 92.50%,that of control group was 72.50%,P< 0.05.Total satisfaction degree of nursing of family members in experimental group was 95.00%,that of control group was 75.00%,P< 0.05,all indicators were statistically significant.Conclusion Collaborative application of health education and evidence-based nursing can accelerate recovery of children with hand,foot,and mouth disease infection,improve their mastery of health knowledge,which is worthy of reference.
