“治未病”思想在老年病防治中应用意义分析

Application Significance Analysis of "Prevention of Disease" Thought in Prevention and Treatment of Elderly Diseases

目的 探讨分析治未病思想在老年病防治中的应用意义。方法 选取2022年1月—2023年1月本院接诊的60例老年病患者为研究对象,对上述患者的临床病例资料展开分析,在执行常规治疗的条件下,对以上患者按照“治未病”思想实施疾病防治,使其遵从科学合理用药,并进一步强化对体育锻炼、饮食教育、健康宣教等方面的干预,分析上述患者的老年病防治结果。结果 针对60例老年患者,在按照“治未病”思想进行有效干预后,发现未曾发生疾病突然发作的情况,患者满足饮食规律要求,做到定时、定量正确用药,具有良好的依从性;SAS与SDS评分应用前后存在显著差异(P<0.05);患者的生活质量得到显著提高(P<0.05)。结论 从老年病防治角度出发,通过借助“治未病”思想,能够有效降低不良事件的发生率,进一步提高患者的依从性,积极改善患者的心理状况,有助于提高患者的生活质量,实际应用值得推广。

Objective To explore and analyze application significance of preventive treatment of disease for prevention and treatment of geriatric diseases.Methods The paper chose 60 elderly patients from January 2022 to January 2023 as research subjects,analyzed clinical related case data,carried out disease prevention and treatment according to concept of "preventive disease treatment" under condition of routine treatment,help them comply with scientific and reasonable medication,and further strengthened interventions of physical exercise,dietary education,health education and other aspects,and analyzed results of elderly disease prevention and treatment effectively.Results After effective intervention for 60 elderly patients according to concept of "preventive disease treatment",it was found there was no sudden onset of disease.Patients met requirements of dietary habits,achieved timely and quantitative correct medication,with good compliance.There was significant difference in SAS and SDS scores before and after application(P<0.05).Life quality of patients was improved significantly(p<0.05).Conclusion Based on preventing and treating geriatric diseases,"preventive disease treatment" concept can reduce incidence of adverse events effectively,improve compliance,psychological status,life quality of patients actively,which is worthy of promotion and application in practice.
