使用独活寄生汤结合针灸疗法治疗类风湿关节炎的效果及作用机制

Effect and Mechanism of Pubescent Angelica and Loranthus Decoction Combined with Acupuncture and Moxibustion on Rheumatoid Arthritis

目的 探析独活寄生汤结合针灸在类风湿关节炎治疗中的应用效果和作用机制。方法 选取2021年5月—2022年11月本院收治的90例类风湿关节炎患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组45例。其中,对照组采取常规西药治疗,观察组采取独活寄生汤与针灸结合治疗,比较治疗效果。结果 观察组比对照组治疗总有效率高(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后关节肿胀数量、关节晨僵时间、关节疼痛评分比对照组低(P<0.05)。两组治疗前RF及ESR未见明显差异(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组较对照组低(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组C反应蛋白、肿瘤坏死因子-α及白介素-6未见明显差异(P>0.05);观察组治疗后比对照组低(P<0.05)。观察组与对照组不良反应发生率未见明显差异(P>0.05)。结论 独活寄生汤结合针灸在类风湿关节炎治疗中应用价值较高,能加快临床症状缓解速度,缓解疾病带来的疼痛,且有助于炎性反应改善,安全性高,值得采纳、推广。

Objective To explore effect and mechanism of pubescent angelica and loranthus decoction combined with acupuncture and moxibustion in treatment of rheumatoid arthritis.Methods The paper chose 90 patients with rheumatoid arthritis in our hospital from May 2021 to November 2022,and divided them into control group and observation group randomly.Control group was treated with routine western medicine,and observation group with pubescent angelica and loranthus decoction combined with acupuncture and moxibustion.Curative effect was compared between two groups.Results Total effective rate of treatment in observation group(95.56%) was higher than control group(80.00%)(P<0.05).Number of joint swelling,morning stiffness time,and joint pain scores in observation group were lower than control group after treatment(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in RF and ESR between two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,that of observation group was lower than control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in levels of C-reactive protein,tumor necrosis factor-α,interleukin-6 between two groups,(P>0.05).After treatment,those of observation group were lower than control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in incidence of adverse reactions between observation group(2.22%) and control group(6.67%)(P>0.05).Conclusion Pubescent angelica and loranthus decoction combined with acupuncture and moxibustion can achieve high application value in treatment of rheumatoid arthritis,can accelerate speed of clinical symptom relief,alleviate pain caused by disease,and improve inflammatory response,which has high safety and is worthy of application and promotion.
