Impact of AIDS Prevention Propaganda on the Awareness of Basic Knowledge,Transmission Routes and Preventive Measures in AIDS Prevention and Control

目的 探索分析艾滋病(acquired immunodeficiency syndrome,AIDS)预防宣教对AIDS预防控制中基础知识、传播途径以及预防措施知晓情况的影响。方法 选取2022年1月至2023年1月于本院咨询AIDS健康知识的80例高危群体视为观察对象,采取随机数表分组方法将其均分为对照组(常规AIDS宣讲,n=40例)、观察组(AIDS预防宣讲,n=40例),比较分析两组干预效果。结果观察组干预后AIDS基础知识知晓评分、传播渠道知晓评分、预防措施知晓评分、对AIDS正向态度率均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组干预后AIDS患病率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 AIDS预防宣讲能提高AIDS高危群体对基础知识、传播途径、预防措施等知识的知晓率,降低AIDS患病率,改变其对AIDS的态度。

Objective To explore and analyze the impact of AIDS prevention education on the knowledge of basic knowledge,transmission routes and prevention measures in AIDS prevention and control.Methods 80 high-risk individuals who consulted on AIDS health knowledge in our hospital from January 2022 to January 2023 were se-lected as observation subjects.They were randomly divided into a control group(routine AIDS education,n=40 cases)and an observation group(AIDS prevention education,n=40 cases)using a random number table grouping method.The intervention effects of the two groups were analyzed and compared.Results After intervention,the observation group had a higher awareness score of AIDS basic knowledge,awareness score of transmission chan-nels,awareness score of preventive measures,and positive attitude rate towards AIDS than the control group(P<0.05);The incidence of AIDS in the observation group after intervention was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion AIDS prevention education can improve the awareness of basic mortality,transmission routes,prevention measures,and other knowledge among high-risk groups of AIDS,reduce the incidence of AIDS,and change their attitudes towards AIDS.
