2011-2021年北京市门头沟区中小学生超重肥胖流行趋势分析

Trend analysis on prevalence of overweight and obesity among primary and middle school students in Mentougou district of Beijing,2011-2021

目的 了解北京市门头沟区2011-2021学年度中小学生超重肥胖流行状况及变化趋势,为有针对性地制定儿童青少年超重肥胖防控策略与健康教育规划提供科学依据。方法 利用2011-2021学年度门头沟区所有在册中小学生健康体检数据,对其中超重、肥胖相关数据进行整理分析。结果 中小学生超重和肥胖总检出率从27.18%增加至41.82%,10个学年度间年平均增长3.80%。中小学生超重检出率在10个学年度间总体变化不明显,而肥胖的检出率年平均增长5.99%。女生的超重检出率年平均增长1.46%,初中学段学生年平均增长2.55%;男生的肥胖检出率年平均增长5.65%,女生年平均增长6.66%,所有学段均随时间推移有不同程度的上升。男生超重、肥胖的检出率均高于女生。2020-2021学年为肥胖检出增长最迅速的时期。结论 门头沟区中小学生超重、肥胖防控形势依然严峻。有针对性地加强防控薄弱环节管理刻不容缓。

Objective To investigate the status and changing trends of overweight and obesity among primary and middle school students in Mentougou district of Beijing from 2011-2021,and to provide scientific basis for making health education intervention and development program on overweight and obesity among students.Methods Health physical examination data of all registered elementary and middle school students’in Mentougou district from 2011 to 2021 were used and the information related to overweight and obesity were collated for statistical analysis.Results The total detection rate of overweight and obesity among primary and secondary school students increased from 27.18% to 41.82%,with an average annual growth rate of 3.80% over the 10 academic years.The overall change in overweight detection rates was not significant between these 10 academic years,while the detection rate of obesity increased by an average of 5.99% annually.The overweight detection rate for girls increased by an average of 1.46% annually with an increasing average(2.55%annually)in middle school students.The obesity detection rate for boys increased by an average of 5.65% annually while an average of 6.66% found in girls annually.All academic stages showed diverse increased degrees over time.The detection rates of overweight and obesity in boys were higher than those in girls.The fastest increase in obesity detection was found in the period from 2020 to 2021.Conclusions The situation of overweight and obesity prevention and control among primary and secondary school students in Mentougou district remains severe.It is urgent to strengthen targeted management in prevention and control.
