平面圆弧扁钢轧制工艺研究

摘要 湖南湘钢有限公司棒材厂棒三线在不改变圆钢设备的基础上,开发多规格平面圆弧扁钢,采用圆→平→平→立→平的模式,将扁钢分为3个系列,同系列仅调整料型立轧孔型共用,不同系列只更换少量轧机,最大限度发挥产能优势;扁钢尺寸厚度控制在±0.2 mm,宽度控制在±0.4 mm,侧弯≤2 mm/m,平弯2~3 mm/m;无轧制原因导致的折叠缺陷;加热工艺控制加热段1030±20℃,在炉总时间≤300 min,得到脱碳层≤0.30 mm的51CrV4平面圆弧扁钢,其基体组织主要由索氏体+珠光体+少量铁素体组成;热轧硬度≤300 HB,屈服强度为1650 MPa,断后伸长为9.7%,断面伸长为43.64%。 Developing multi-dimension Planar Arc Flat Steel(PAFS)without changing the equipment for rolling round steel in the No.3 wire factory which belongs to Xiangtan Iron&Steel CO.,LTD.of Hunan,consisted of three series,adopting a circular-flat-flat-vertical-flat mode.In this mode,the same series only shares the vertical rolling pass of the adjusted material type.Different series only replace a small number of rolling stands to maximize production capacity advantages.The thickness of PAFS is controlled within±0.2 mm,the width is controlled within±0.4 mm,side bending is≤2 mm/m,and the plane bending is 2~3 mm/m.There is no folding defect caused by rolling in PAFS.The 51CrV4 PAFS with a decarburization layer of≤0.30 mm is obtained,due to the heating process controls the heating section at 1030±20℃,and after a total in reheating furnace time of≤300 minutes.And the matrix structure is mainly composed of sorbite,pearlite,and a small amount of ferrite in the 51CrV4 PAFS,with Hot Rolled Hardness≤300 HB,Yield Strength of 1650 MPa,Elongation After Fracture of 9.7%,and Section Elongation of 43.64%.
