摘要 随着医院高质量发展,作为医院诊疗工作中重要环节,窗口结算也要在不断改进中跟上医院发展的脚步,伴随着信息技术的进步,对患者渴望得到舒适、便捷、高效就诊服务的需求,医院窗口部门始终要以患者为中心,不断更新服务理念,优化传统结算模式,创新服务流程,对循序渐进推进智慧服务为患者办理结算进行总结,同时不断改善窗口服务质量,加强科室管理,在开展线上智慧服务无接触结算、线下窗口一站式结算的过程中,满足不同人群的结算需求,为患者提供优质服务,以此助力医院高质量内涵式发展。 The hospital is a comprehensive tertiary public hospital.As an important part of diagnosis and treatment of hospital,window settlement should keep up with pace of hospital development through continuous improvement with high-quality development of the hospital.Window department should establish patient-centered and constantly updating service concept to meet demand of patients for comfortable,convenient,and efficient medical services with advancement of information technology,optimize traditional settlement model and innovate service process,summarize gradual promotion of smart services for settlement of patients,and improve quality of window services,strengthen department management,and meet settlement needs of different groups continuously during process of conducting contactless online smart services and one-stop offline window settlement,provide high-quality services for patients,and help high-quality and connotative development of the hospital.
