AI三维术前规划用于全髋关节置换术中的效果研究

摘要 目的 研究分析全髋关节置换术中AI三维术前规划的应用效果。方法 选取2021年6月—2023年3月本院收治的股骨头坏死患者70例为研究对象,所有患者都采用全髋关节置换术治疗。按随机数字表法分为常规组和实验组,每组35例。常规组采取胶片模板测量做术前规划,实验组采取AI三维术前规划,对比分析两组患者的应用效果。结果 术前假体预测与手术所用假体符合率,实验组比常规组略高(P<0.05);术后,实验组患者髋臼杯假体植入精准性优于常规组(P<0.05);术后患者髋关节功能,实验组术后量表评分较常规组略高(P<0.05);术后实验组患者后遗症发生率与常规组相比发生率略低(P<0.05)。结论 全髋关节置换术实施前,采取AI三维术前规划,在提高假体型号符合率的同时,有助于患者术后髋关节功能恢复,管控后遗症发生率。 Objective To study and analyze the effect of AI 3D preoperative planning in total hip arthroplasty.Methods From June 2021 to March 2023,a total of 70 patients with femoral head necrosis were treated with total hip replacement.Random number table method was used for group allocation,film template measurement was used in the conventional group for preoperative planning,and Al 3D preoperative planning was used in the experimental group,and the application effect was compared and analyzed.Results The coincidence rate of preoperative prosthesis prediction and surgical prosthesis used in experimental group was slightly higher than that in conventional group(P<0.05).The accuracy of hip white cup prosthesis implantation in the experimental group was slightly different from that in the conventional group(P<0.05),the hip function of the postoperative patients in the experimental group was slightly higher than that in the conventional group(P<0.05),and the incidence of postoperative sequelae in the experimental group was slightly lower than that in the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion Before the implementation of total hip arthroplasty,it should be taken Al three-dimensional preoperative planning can improve the coincidence rate of prosthetic size,and help the recovery of hip function after surgery and control the incidence of sequelae.
