老年急性脑梗死患者静脉溶栓治疗中综合护理的作用

Effect of Comprehensive Nursing in Intravenous Thrombolysis Treatment for Elderly Patients with Acute Cerebral Infarction

目的 探究静脉溶栓治疗中对老年急性脑梗死患者实施综合护理的作用。方法 选择2021年1月—2023年3月本院收治的老年急性脑梗死患者102例为研究对象,利用双盲法,按等比例将其分为两组,每组51例,基础组行常规护理,研究组在基础组护理措施基础上,行综合护理,对比两组患者神经功能缺损程度、生活质量、治疗有效率、遵医依从性和并发症情况。结果 研究组患者神经功能缺损程度评分低于基础组,SS-QOL评分高于基础组,治疗后有效率高于基础组(94.12%>80.39%),遵医依从性高于基础组(92.16%>76.47%),再灌注损伤、出血、再梗死总并发症发生率低于基础组(P<0.05)。结论 在老年急性脑梗死患者静脉溶栓治疗中实施综合护理,可提高治疗效果,降低患者不适症、并发症,有助于恢复其神经功能,提高其生活质量,可推广。

Objective To explore effect of comprehensive nursing in intravenous thrombolysis treatment for elderly patients with acute cerebral infarction.Methods The paper chose 102 elderly patients with acute cerebral infarction admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to March 2023,and divided them into two groups with double-blind method,with 51 cases in each group.Baseline group was treated with routine nursing,while study group with comprehensive nursing on the basis of basic nursing measures.Neurological dysfunction degree,life quality,effective rate after treatment,compliance with medical treatment,and complications were compared between two groups.Results Scores of neurological deficits in study group was lower than baseline group,while SS⁃QOL scores were higher than baseline group.Effective rate after treatment(94.12%>80.39%)was higher than baseline group,compliance with medical treatment(92.16%>76.47%)was higher than baseline group.Total incidence of complications including reperfusion injury,bleeding,and reinfarction was lower than baseline group,P<0.05.Conclusion Comprehensive nursing can improve treatment effectiveness,reduce patient discomfort and complications,restore neurological function,improve life quality in intravenous thrombolysis treatment for elderly patients with acute cerebral infarction,which can be promoted.
