对分课堂教学模式在产科实习护生教学中的应用研究

摘要 目的 研究对分课堂教学模式在产科实习护生教学中的应用效果。方法 选取2021年1—12月德阳市人民医院产科实习护生66名为研究对象。应用目的抽样法,将2021年1—6月入科的实习护生定义为对照组(33名),实施传统教学模式;将2021年7—12月入科的实习护生定义为试验组(33名),实施对分课堂教学模式。对比两组实习护生教学后的理论成绩、操作技能成绩、自主学习能力以及评判性思维能力。结果 教学后,试验组的理论成绩明显高于对照组(P<0.05);试验组的操作技能成绩明显优于对照组(P<0.05);试验组的自主学习能力明显好于对照组(P<0.05);试验组的评判性思维能力明显强于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 对分课堂教学模式在产科实习护生教学中的应用价值很高,可以帮助实习护生在短时间内夯实理论知识,锻炼专业技能,发展自主学习能力,同时也对实习护生的评判性思维能力起到积极促进性培养效果,值得推广应用。 Objective To study application effect of splitting classroom teaching mode in obstetric internship nursing teaching.Methods The paper chose 66 obstetric intern nursing students from Deyang City People's Hospital from January to December 2021 as research subjects.Based on purposive sampling method,Intern nursing students before June 2021 were includied in control group(33 cases),treated with traditional teaching models;those after June 2021 were included in experimental group(33 cases),treated with splitting classroom teaching model.Theoretical performance,operational skills,self-learning ability,and critical thinking ability were compared between two groups after teaching.Results After teaching,theoretical scores of experimental group were significantly higher than control group(P<0.05).Operational skill scores of experimental group were significantly better than control group(P<0.05).Autonomous learning ability of experimental group was significantly better than control group(P<0.05).Critical thinking ability of experimental group was significantly higher than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Splitting classroom teaching model has high application value in obstetric internship nursing teaching,can help intern nurses consolidate theoretical knowledge,exercise professional skills,and develop self-learning ability in a short period of time.At the same time,it has positive promoting effect on critical thinking ability,which is worthy of promotion and application.
