老年下肢骨折患者手术室护理中应用人文关怀护理的效果研究

Effect Research on Humanistic Nursing in Operating Room of Elderly Patients with Lower Limb Fractures

目的 探讨老年下肢骨折患者手术室护理中应用人文关怀护理的效果。方法 选取2021年5月—2022年5月本院收治的62例下肢骨折患者为研究对象,入院后以电脑随机法分为观察组(n=31)、对照组(n=31)两组,对照组患者给予常规护理,观察组在对照组的基础上实施人文关怀护理,并对比干预效果。结果观察组较对照组手术指标较优,对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预前两组患者SAS、SDS评分差异不显著(P>0.05);干预后观察组评分低于对照组,对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组干预有效率高于对照组,并发症发生率低于对照组,对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 人文关怀护理在手术室护理中的应用效果显著,有助于缓解老年下肢骨折患者不良情绪,可在提升患者手术配合度基础上,有效控制手术并发症风险,提升手术护理质量,值得应用与推广。

Objective To explore effect of humanistic care in operating room nursing of elderly patients with lower limb fractures.Methods The paper chose 62 patients with lower limb fractures from May 2021 to May 2022 as study subjects,and divided them into observation group(n=31)and control group(n=31)with computer randomization method.Control group was treated with routine nursing,while observation group with humanistic nursing on the basis of control group.Intervention effect was compared.Results Observation group had better surgical indicators than control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Before intervention,there was no significant difference in scores between two groups(P>0.05).After intervention,related scores of observation group were lower than control group,comparison was statistically significant(P<0.05).Intervention effect rate of observation group was higher than control group,incidence of complications was lower than control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Humanistic nursing in operating room can achieve significant effect,alleviate negative emotions of elderly patients with lower limb fractures actively,control risk of surgical complications and improve quality of surgical nursing effectively on the basis of improving cooperation of patient during surgery,which is worthy of application and promotion.
