药学干预在2型糖尿病患者健康管理中的应用与效果研究

Application and Effect of Pharmaceutical Intervention in Health Management of Patients with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus

目的 探究药学干预在2型糖尿病患者健康管理中的应用效果。方法 选取2022年11月—2023年10月本院进行治疗干预的T2DM患者90例为研究对象,按照顺序1~90编号,以抽签法分为对照组和研究组,每组45例。对照组予以常规诊疗服务,研究组予以药学干预参与的诊疗服务。比对两组用药依从性、血糖变化、不良反应、生活质量和满意度。结果 研究组用药依从性较对照组高;研究组血糖水平较对照组低;研究组不良反应发生率较对照组低;研究组生活质量评分较对照组高;研究组满意度较对照组高(P<0.05)。结论 药学干预应用于2型糖尿病患者中,效果显著,能保证健康管理效果,值得优选。

Objective To explore the application effect of pharmaceutical intervention in the health management of patients with type 2 diabetes.Methods A total of 90 T2DM patients undergoing treatment intervention in our hospital from November 2022 to October 2023 were selected,numbered from one to ninety,and divided into control group and study group by drawing lots,with 45 cases in each group.The control group received routine diagnosis and treatment services,while the study group received pharmaceutical intervention services.Medication compliance,blood glucose changes,adverse reactions,quality of life and satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The medication compliance of the study group was higher than that of the control group.The blood glucose level of the study group was lower than that of the control group.The incidence of adverse reactions in study group was lower than that in control group.The life quality score of the study group was higher than that of the control group.The satisfaction of study group was higher than that of control group(P<O.05).Conclusion Pharmaceutical intervention in type 2 diabetes patients,the effect is significant,can ensure the health management effect,worthy of choice.
