摘要
目的 分析有氧运动结合抗阻力运动的混合运动模式对于妊娠期糖尿病的作用效果。方法 选取2021年1月—2022年12月本院收治的妊娠期糖尿病患者100例为研究对象,用奇偶分组法分组。对照组(n=50)接受常规护理,观察组(n=50)接受有氧运动结合抗阻力运动的混合运动模式护理。结果 观察组的羊水过多、胎膜早破、产程延长、剖宫产等不良妊娠结局低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的早产儿、胎儿窘迫、巨大儿、新生儿窒息等新生儿结局低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理后,两组焦虑评分、抑郁评分明显降低,且观察组的焦虑评分、抑郁评分明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患者空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖水平均低于治疗前,且观察组的空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组新生儿出生后1min、出生后5min、出生后10min的Apgar评分均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 妊娠期糖尿病患者接受有氧运动结合抗阻力运动的混合运动模式护理,患者的血糖水平可以更好地控制,有效减少了不良妊娠结局和新生儿结局出现,患者有良好的心理状态,新生儿的Apgar评分较高,临床应用价值较高。
Objective To analyze effect of aerobic exercise combined with resistance exercise on gestational diabetes.Methods The paper chose 100 patients with gestational diabetes admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to December 2022,and divided them into odd and even group.50 cases in control group were treated with routine nursing,while 50 cases in observation group with mixed exercise mode nursing of aerobic exercise combined with resistance exercise.Results Adverse pregnancy outcomes comparison between observation group and control group showed P<0.05,including excessive amniotic fluid,premature rupture of membranes,prolonged labor process and cesarean section.Comparison of neonatal outcomes between observation group and control group showed P<0.05,including premature infants,fetal distress,macrosomia,and neonatal asphyxia.After nursing,anxiety and depression scores significantly decreased,those in observation group were significantly lower than control group,P<0.05.Average fasting blood glucose and 2-hour postprandial blood glucose levels after nursing was lower than before,and fasting blood glucose and 2-hour postprandial blood glucose levels in observation group were lower than control group,P<0.05.Apgar scores of neonates in observation group at 1 minute,5 minutes,and 10 minutes after birth were significantly higher than control group,P<0.05.Conclusion Mixed exercise mode of aerobic exercise and resistance exercise can control blood sugar level of patients with gestational diabetes,reduce incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes and neonatal outcomes effectively,with good psychological status,high Apgar scores of neonates,which has high clinical application value.
