miRNA-145与胃癌相关性研究进展

Research progress on the correlation between miRNA-145 and gastric cancer

胃癌是严重威胁人类生命健康的消化道恶性肿瘤之一,探索其发生发展机制具有重要意义。大量研究表明,microRNA(miRNAs)在多种癌症的生长、侵袭、转移、化疗耐药、诊断及预后中扮演重要角色。其中,miR-145及其所编码的miR-145-5p通过调节靶基因或信号传导参与胃癌的生物学过程,包括增殖、凋亡、迁移、侵袭、血管生成和治疗抗性等。文章对miR-145在胃癌中的作用及与其相关的治疗和化疗耐药进行综述,以期为胃癌的治疗提供新的思路。

Gastric cancer is an important cause threatening human life and health,and it is of great significance to explore the mechanism of its occurrence and development.A large number of studies have shown that microRNAs(miRNAs)play an important role in the growth,invasion,metastasis,chemotherapy resistance,diagnosis and prognosis of various cancers.miR-145 and its encoded Mir-145-5P are involved in the biological processes of gastric cancer,including proliferation,apoptosis,migration,invasion,angiogenesis and treatment resistance,by regulating target genes or signal transduction.This article reviewed the role of miR-145 in gastric cancer and its related treatment and chemotherapy resistance,in order to provide new ideas for the treatment of gastric cancer.
