5A护理模式联合个性化饮食干预对妊娠期糖尿病孕妇血糖控制及分娩结局的影响

5A Effects of nursing model combined with personalized diet intervention on blood glucose control and delivery outcomes in pregnant women with gestational diabetes mellitus

目的:探讨5A护理模式联合个性化饮食干预对妊娠期糖尿病孕妇血糖控制及分娩结局的影响。方法:70例妊娠期糖尿病孕妇为研究对象。采用随机数字表法分为联合组和对照组,均35例。对照组采取常规护理,联合组采取5A护理模式联合个性化饮食护理方式干预,比较两组血糖控制情况、生活质量、自我管理能力、母体及新生儿不良妊娠结局及护理满意度。结果:干预后,相较于对照组,联合组孕妇的HbAlc、2hPG及FBG水平更低,联合组DSQL评分低于对照组,DSES评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。相较于对照组,联合组母体及新生儿不良妊娠结局总发生率均较低(P<0.05)。联合组护理满意度明显高于对照组(91.43%vs 71.43%)(P<0.05)。结论:5A护理模式联合个性化饮食在妊娠期糖尿病孕妇护理干预中可有效改善患者血糖控制水平,提高生活质量及自我管理能力,降低母婴不良结局发生率,且护理满意度高。

Objective:To explore the effects of 5A nursing model combined with personalized diet intervention on blood glucose control and delivery outcomes in pregnant women with gestational diabetes mellitus.Methods:70 pregnant women with gestational diabetes were studied.Randomized number table method was used to divide the patients into combination group and control group,with 35 cases.The control group received routine nursing,the combination group received 5A nursing mode combined with personalized diet nursing intervention,and compared the blood glucose control,quality of life,self-management ability,maternal and neonatal adverse pregnancy outcomes and nursing satisfaction of the two groups.Results:After intervention,compared with the control group,the levels of HbAlc,2hPG and FBG in the combined group were lower,the DSQL score in the combined group was lower than that in the control group,and the DSES score in the combined group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the total incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes in the combined group was lower(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of combination group was significantly higher than that of control group(91.43%vs.71.43%)(P<0.05).Conclusion:5A nursing model combined with personalized diet can effectively improve the blood glucose control level,improve the quality of life and self-management ability of pregnant women with gestational diabetes mellitus,reduce the incidence of adverse outcomes,and have high nursing satisfaction.
