预防低分子肝素皮下注射部位出血的研究进展

低分子肝素为临床上广泛使用的抗凝药物,能有效抑制血栓形成,但注射部位皮下出血是使用低分子肝素时最常见的不良反应。目前临床研究者对于注射部位皮下出血相关因素进行了重点研究,本文对皮下注射低分子肝素引起的注射部位出血的因素和预防方法进行总结、归纳。

Low molecular weight heparin is widely used in clinical anticoagulant,which can effectively inhibit thrombosis.However,subcutaneous hemorrhage at the injection site is the most common adverse reaction when using low molecular weight heparin.At present,clinical researchers have focused on the factors related to subcutaneous hemorrhage at the injection site.In this paper,the factors and prevention methods of injection site hemorrhage caused by subcutaneous injection of low molecular weight heparin were summarized and summarized.
