摘要
近年来,数字经济持续蓬勃发展,传统型劳动者难以适应新兴数字生产力发展的要求。文章从技能、行业和产业三个角度实证研究数字经济和劳动力结构之间的动态关系,发现数字经济促进了高技能、高技术行业以及第三产业劳动力就业比重,减少了中、低技能劳动力就业比重。产业结构升级在数字经济对劳动力就业结构的作用中存在中介效应,表明数字经济通过产业结构升级促使劳动力结构发生变化。
In recent years,the digital economy has continued to develop vigorously,and traditional workers are difficult to adapt to the development requirements of emerging digital productivity.This paper empirically studies the dynamic relationship between digital economy and labors structure from the perspectives of skills,businesses and industries.It is found that digital economy promotes the employment proportion of labors in high-skilled and high-tech businesses and tertiary industries,and reduces the employment proportion of medium and low-skilled labors.The upgrading of industrial structure has a mediating effect on the role of digital economy in the employment structure of labors,indicating that digital economy promotes the change of labor structure through the industrial structure upgrading.
